NRCMA Staff
Our staff structure
In addition to the Board, the Nothern Rivers CMA has 28 permanent staff working across the northern rivers region. The majority of these staff are Catchment Officers involved in a broad range of natural resource management projects. Senior Management includes two program managers (land and water) and a General Manager, Mr Michael Pitt.
Staff belong to one of 6 programs reflecting the division of natural resources in the region, the natural resource management themes contained within the Northern Rivers CAP and the grouping of expertise within the organisation.
The Northern Rivers CMA programs are:
- Soil/ land resource
- Landuse planning
- Water
- Coastal management
- Marine
- Biodiversity
The Northern Rivers CAP also has a Community Theme which is an overarching program delivered by all staff and Board.
Each theme-based program has a detailed program and method of delivery developed each financial year in accordance with Northern Rivers CAP Management Targets and Northern Rivers CMA Investment Program.
Where are we located ?
The Northern Rivers CMA is located at 6 centres across the region. The Regional office is located in the State Government Offices, level 3, 49 Victoria St, Grafton NSW 2460. Ph 66420622. Office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm weekdays.
